Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 19, 2026
Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how Shawna Suckow International, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit thebuyerinsider.com or interact with our content and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Email address — when you sign up for the Vault, our newsletter, or submit a contact form
- Name — when you submit a contact or booking inquiry
- Message content — when you contact us through the website form
We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website. We do not collect data passively as you browse.
We do use a functional cookie when you access the Vault: when you submit your email to unlock the Vault, a cookie is set in your browser to remember that you’ve been granted access. This cookie does not track you across other websites and is not used for advertising. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings (though you’ll need to re-enter your email to access the Vault again).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for purposes you’d reasonably expect:
- To send you resources you requested (Vault downloads, newsletter)
- To respond to your inquiries or booking requests
- To deliver our email newsletter, Shawna’s Non-SnoozeLetter, if you subscribed
- To improve our content and services based on general feedback
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ever.
3. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter or access the Vault, your email is added to our mailing list managed through Zoho Campaigns. Every email we send includes an easy unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, no questions asked.
4. Affiliate Links
Some links on this website (including links to books on Amazon) are affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase — at no additional cost to you. We only link to products we genuinely recommend.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. We use Zoho Campaigns for email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We do our best — but we can’t guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at shawna@thebuyerinsider.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
